With frequent government announcements, we are asked to be fluid with our operations.  As a result, we have put together a dedicated “Club Updates” page to keep our Membership informed of any changes to our offerings – including our most recent on-course measures to play it safe.

Stay Healthy. Stay Fit.

There's a temptation to curl up with a novel or Netflix series when confined by quarantine, but GN Wellness Center's head trainer, Kelsey Waddell, encourages you to (literally) hop off that couch. She is online and ready to teach you how to stay fit while you stay home.

Geneva National will reopen its three courses Friday, April 24 for walking only with caddie service available in accordance with Governor Evers' April 16th order.

Break out, breathe, and take on Trevino's Parkland-style design, Palmer's championship layout, with GN's most challenging greens, and Player's high risk-high reward strategies -- all while keeping your social distancing intact.

For your safety, Geneva National will make some temporary modifications to service, as follows:

  • All courses will be walking only during the spring season, April 24-May 26.  Please see below for details.

  • We ask golfers to arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to their tee times to promote social distancing.

  • The Golf Shop, Clubhouse, and practice facilities will be closed tentatively until May 26.

  • Player Services will not be providing bag service. Golfers are asked to carry their own bags or enlist a caddie. See below for details.

  • To avoid on-course touch points, there will be no water coolers, ball washers, or rakes.  (Please gently smooth sand with your feet as you exit the bunker.)

  • Scorecard and pencil available upon request.

  • Flagsticks will be guarded by a scoring ring. Golfers are asked to putt until you hit the ring, which signals that you have holed out.  Please pick up your ball and move on without touching the flagstick.

  • On-course portable toilets will be equipped with hand sanitizer.

  • Please be respectful of our golf staff and fellow golfers, maintaining social distancing on and off course.

  • Please avoid traditional end-of-round high-fives and handshakes.

  • Naturally, if you are feeling at all under the weather or have traveled recently, please wait the requested 14 days before hitting the course. Also, if you are in a high-risk category, we ask that you please take extra precautions or reconsider waiting until Wisconsin's "Safter at Home" mandate has been lifted..

  • To abide by Wisconsin's current safety measures, Geneva National's three courses will be walking only starting April 24 through May 26.

  • Caddie service is available and must be booked 48 hours' prior to your tee time by calling 262.245.7000 or contacting Sam Klobucar, golf intern, at 608.751.5423.

  • Caddie fees are as follows for 18 holes: $45 charge (+tax) and additional recommended tip of $40.  Bag fees will be paid at the same time as greens fees, and caddie tips may be charged at that time as well or paid out directly to the caddie.

  • Caddies will follow heightened health guidelines to ensure the safety of GN's members, guests and associates, as follows:

    • Caddies will wash hands with soap and water prior and after a scheduled loop and upon arriving and departing property.

    • Caddies will wear gloves and protective masks while working.

    • Caddies will not touch flagsticks, rakes or any golf clubs.

    • Caddies will sanitize all golf bags before and after an assigned loop.

    • Caddies will social distance themselves from players and other caddies at all times.

  • While GN's courses are walking only, the courses will be designated as follows:

    • Player will be a designated Members-only course daily from 8am-11am and is the longest walk at 4 hours and 45 minutes.Trevino will be the Fast-Paced Course, played in 3 hours and 55 minutes.

    • Palmer will be the Regular-Paced Course, played in 4 hours and 30 minutes.
