EVENT POLICY
EVENT REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
The following event registration & cancellation policy will be in effect as of April 1, 2024 to ensure that we can properly plan and deliver the best possible experience at our events while also minimizing food waste.
Last-minute Cancellations/No-shows: you will be charged 50% of the event pricing
(cancellations within 24 hours from the scheduled event start time)
Add-ons/Not Registering: you will be charged an additional 10% on the original event pricing
(this includes changes to your headcount and/or coming to an event for which you have not registered)
The above policy will be applicable to all events unless otherwise noted within a specific event.
