Post Workout Smoothie

This Post Workout Smoothie is the ideal beverage to energize after an intense exercise! Crammed with fixings to recharge your body.


Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 1/4 cup coconut water



Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water or plain water to reach desired consistency. Drink immediately.
