A world traveler, philosopher and historian, Jimi Brooks poured himself into winemaking in Beaujolais, then packed up his passion and returned to his home state of Oregon, where he founded Brooks Wines in the Wilamette Valley to great acclaim.
Savor Brooks’ expressive and complex Rieslings and Pinot Noirs paired alongside Chef Ryne’s five imaginative courses, created and plated in the spirit of such visionaries as you, me and Jimi Brooks.
