Fitness Challenge - 8/21 thru 10/2


Monday, August 21 - Monday, October 2

Each challenge cycle is 6 weeks long. At the beginning and end of the 6 weeks measurements will be taken by Kelsey, and at the end of each cycle a winner will be chosen.Start by picking from one of the following challenges;

- Logs most miles on cardio equipment or outside activity

- Weight loss, BMI and Body fat % - one male and one female winner

- Attends gym the greatest number of days per challenge cycle and then overall

- Attends most fitness classes per challenge cycle and then overall

- Most Cardio time

- Logs the most amount of miles

Members are responsible for logging their own information in the sheets and folders provided, as well as setting up a time with Kelsey to take measurements.

A winner in each category will be selected and may choose from the list of prizes that vary each cycle.
