Cooking at the Clubhouse - 1/23

Our hearts go out to everyone in Australia that has been affected by the bushfires. We are holding a special Cooking at the Clubhouse and all proceeds will benefit the WWF's Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund.
In keeping with this theme Chef Ryne will be be presenting an Australian themed meal complemented by a slew of Aussie wines, poured by our in-house sommelier Mike Nedeau.
Course 1 - Pan Roasted Barramundi over charred broccolini, preserved peach and pomegranate salsa, beurre blanc and toasted pine nuts
Course 2 - Seared Ostrich carpaccio with capers, aioli, petit arugula tossed in a fresh lemon vinaigrette, shaved Ashgrove Parmesan and grilled bread
Course 3 - Sous-vide Australian Wagyu strip, olive oil poached potatoes tossed in fresh thyme and charred cippolini onions, served with citrus beurre blanc
Course 4 - Pavlova with whipped cream, fresh vanilla bean and strawberries
$100++ per person, limited to 30 people.
