First Course
Gnocchie Three Ways
- Mushroom Marsala - Wild mushrooms, fresh herbs, roasted garlic, parmesan
- Bolognese Sauce - Spicy marinara, braised short ribs, fresno chilis, feta, micro basil
- Almond Cream - Brown butter, sauteed zucchini, squash
Second Course

Filet of Beef Tenderloin Wellington - Au gratin potatoes, cognac demi glaze, aromatic asparagus tips
