First Course

Gnocchie Three Ways

  • Mushroom Marsala - Wild mushrooms, fresh herbs, roasted garlic, parmesan
  • Bolognese Sauce - Spicy marinara, braised short ribs, fresno chilis, feta, micro basil
  • Almond Cream - Brown butter, sauteed zucchini, squash

Second Course

Panzanella Salad - Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, tomato focaccia, sundried tomato pesto, basil vinaigrette, burrata cheese

Third Course

Filet of Beef Tenderloin Wellington - Au gratin potatoes, cognac demi glaze, aromatic asparagus tips

Fourth Course

Tiramisu - Espresso, mascarpone, french lady fingers
