ACSM, TPI & CPR/AED certified

I grew up playing every single type of sport, excelling in softball, which I played in college. While at Carroll University, I studied to become a physical therapist, but fell in love with fitness. I've been an athlete and competitor all my life, and the game of fitness is yet another competition.

Indeed, fitness is my passion, as is guiding others to succeed in living a healthy life. My goal is to help my clients break through barriers and build the self-confidence and discipline to be fit for life -- not just in this moment.

Whether you're sweating through the latest workout trend or just stepping into the gym for the first time, I look forward to helping you determine your fitness goals and finding a personalized routine that's just right for you. Please stop in or call and schedule a one-on-one with me, and I will walk you through all the Wellness Center has to offer.

Healthy lifestyle, here we come!

RYT-500 (registered yoga teacher)

My personal yoga journey began in 2002, while living on Maui, and I was immediately smitten. I grew up hiking, snowboarding, surfing, skiing, water-skiing, trail-running, and loving anything active that connects me to the Earth. After practicing yoga barefoot in the sand for many years, I returned to Wisconsin, had my daughter Atlas, and it soon became a natural progression to decide to teach yoga. I received my  RYT-200 through Inner Fire Yoga in Madison, WI in March 2014 with an emphasis in Power Yoga, and received my Aerial Yoga Certification through Inner Sun Yoga in Oshkosh, WI in 2016.

As of October 2021, I am a RYT-500 under the renowned teachings of Rolf Gates, and am co-owner of Yoga Lake Geneva which has been given the incredible honor of ‘Best of Walworth County’ for Alternative Medicine for both 2019 and 2020.

I teach yoga with the understanding that yoga will always be a practice, and link breath to movement. My classes are light-hearted, carefree, and designed to leave you with a smile. I truly hope to see you on the mat!

certified yoga instructor

Nadine has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and was certified as an instructor in 2017.  Her teaching philosophy is finding balance . . .  balance between strength (yang) and flexibility (yin).

Her classes are simple yet challenging.  Nadine emphasizes proper alignment through detailed cueing to come safely into the pose while receiving maximum benefit.

Her Yin classes are a great way to experience “the other half of yoga.”  Through yin, the deeper connective tissues (facia, tendons, ligaments and bones) are stressed and the flow of energy can be released. Yin is a fabulous compliment to a regular Yang practice.
