Cassandra Hawkinson is a Master Health Coach and strength specialist who helps adults 50+ rebuild strength, protect their independence, and feel confident in their bodies again. She works with men and women who want the stamina to travel well, the mobility to play a full round of golf without pain, and the strength to get down on the floor with their grandkids — and back up with ease.
Her specialty is training for longevity. Through progressive strength training and sustainable nutrition strategies, Cassandra helps clients build muscle, support bone density, improve metabolic health, and move with purpose. The goal isn’t just fitness — it’s freedom. Freedom to stay active, capable, and fully engaged in the life you’ve built.
With more than 20 years of experience, she blends precise coaching with empathy and accountability. No fads. No extremes. Just smart, structured training designed to help you stay strong for decades to come.

I grew up playing every single type of sport, excelling in softball, which I played in college. While at Carroll University, I studied to become a physical therapist, but fell in love with fitness. I've been an athlete and competitor all my life, and the game of fitness is yet another competition.
Indeed, fitness is my passion, as is guiding others to succeed in living a healthy life. My goal is to help my clients break through barriers and build the self-confidence and discipline to be fit for life -- not just in this moment.
