Target the abdominal, oblique and back muscles with strengthening exercises.

Strengthen your body with this lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs using free weights.
9:15-9:45AM - Body Ball Cardio

Come for a fun way to burn some calories using the large body balls.

9:00-9:30AM - Strength Time
