Wednesday, July 17  |  Trevino Course

9am-3pm: Optional Competitive Practice Round – 18-holes, $20 per team

1 Net Best Ball of Your Twosome. Winning team received entry in to Championship horserace

6:00pm: Stag Dinner & Cocktails - Pavilion Tent

Open bar, live music, and fresh-rolled cigars

Two-Man Putting Championship & Range Games

On the Dance Floor and Practice Range with live music


Thursday, July 18  |  Player Course

7:30am:  Breakfast - Pavilion Tent

9:00am:  Shotgun Start for Matches One & Two

1pm-4pm:   Spouse/Significant Other Cabana Pool Party - The Ridge Hotel

with bubbly tasting, appetizers and transportation to and from GN

2:30pm:  Lunch after Second Match - Hunt Club Steakhouse 

3:30pm:  Shotgun Start for Match Three

4pm - On:Dine Around the Property Specials

prix fixe dinner specials at the Hunt Club, Crafted Italia and the Member Tap Room

2:30pm: Lunch after Second Match - Pavilion Tent  

3:30pm: Championship Horserace

5pm-7pm: Champions Dinner & Awards Presentation - Pavilion Tent

Live music and an open bar (spouses/significant other welcome)

All times are approximate and based on pace of play.


To secure your place in the 2024 Pentacle you will only need to submit your name, email address, and Member number. Your golf partner's info will be collected at a later date. The 2024 field capacity is limited to 60 teams.

Weekday Members & Generational Privilege

  • All entries will be received on a first-come, first-serve basis by order of entry on the submission time stamp. Registration will remain open until field capacity is met.
  • Any entries received by a membership category outside of the tiered priority basis will be disqualified and will need to be re-submitted within the proper priority tiered reservation window.

$1,500 per team, inclusive.
