Enjoy the sounds, smells and tastes of summer at GN's Corn & Brat Roast. Savor sweet corn and Wisconsin brats alongside burgers, hot dogs and sweet treats. Challenge a friend to a game of bags, get your face painted or simply kick back and relax to a celebratory mix by DJ Kyle Woods and fireworks. Ba-boom! Open seating will be available in the Pavilion and the Pavilion lawn.

• Grilled Nueske’s Brat on a pretzel bun with bavarian sauerkraut
• Grilled All Beef Boar’s Head Franks on poppy seed Bun with green relish, sport peppers, tomato, pickles
• Grilled 1/2lb Burger with caramelized onion on tomato focaccia, french onion rolls, corn dusted kaisers and brioche buns, and lettuce, tomato, onion, three pepper colby jack, vermont cheddar, monetary jack, and american cheese
