About the event
Treat Mom to a hand-crafted brunch at GN's Clubhouse. We’ll start off her day with fresh crudité plus salad selections followed by a spread of garlic & herb encrusted rack of lamb, beef tenderloin and seared seabass. Our omelet and crepe stations and farm-fresh sides are sure to delight, as is our indulgent sweets table of chocolate dipped strawberries and crème brulee station, along with a kids station featuring pigs in a blanket, chicken tenders and tater tots.
Every Mom and grandmother will receive a complimentary glass of rosé.

Carving & Entrée Station
- Pinn Oaks Rack of Lamb garlic & herb crusted with mint demi glaze
- Beef Tenderloin herb crusted with chasseur sauce, and horseradish cream
- Seabass herb seared with lemon beurre blanc sauce, and roasted vegetable israeli couscous

- with tri-colored peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, ham, bacon, cheddar, and feta
